Refund requests for hardware products may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Incorrect product supplied by MORIX Innovations Private Limited
- Product received in dead condition due to verified manufacturing defect
- Major physical damage identified at the time of delivery acceptance and immediately reported to MORIX
- Product found technically non-repairable within valid warranty conditions and approved by the MORIX technical team
All refund requests shall be subject to technical inspection and verification, serial number validation, physical condition assessment, and management approval. MORIX reserves the right to provide repair, replacement, or technical resolution instead of refund wherever technically feasible.
Refunds shall not be applicable in cases involving customer misuse or mishandling, physical or accidental damage after delivery, electrical damage or voltage fluctuation, improper installation, unauthorized modifications or repairs, used/damaged/tampered products, or customized or specially manufactured products.
2. Software, Subscription & License Refund Policy
- All software licenses, subscriptions, activation keys, cloud services, and digital products are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable once activated or delivered.
- Once a license is purchased, it cannot be downgraded, exchanged, switched, or converted to another software plan.
- Refund requests for software services may only be reviewed in exceptional cases such as duplicate payment transactions, verified technical activation failure caused directly by MORIX systems, or incorrect billing due to technical error.
- Final approval for any software-related refund shall remain solely at the discretion of MORIX management.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds shall generally be processed within approximately 7 to 15 business days depending on banking procedures, payment gateway processing timelines, and financial verification processes.
- Refunds shall normally be processed through the original payment method used during purchase unless otherwise approved by MORIX.
4. Applicable Deduction Charges
Approved refund amounts may be subject to deduction of applicable charges including but not limited to:
- Shipping and logistics charges
- Courier and transportation expenses
- Payment gateway transaction charges
- Installation or visiting charges
- Technical service charges
- Packaging and handling charges
- Insurance or transit-related expenses, if applicable
Non-refundable operational or third-party charges already incurred by MORIX may also be deducted from the final refund amount.
5. Refund Approval Rights
MORIX Innovations Private Limited reserves the full right to approve, reject, hold, or partially process any refund request after technical evaluation, operational review, and policy verification. All decisions taken by MORIX regarding refunds shall be considered final and binding.
