By registering, purchasing products/services, subscribing to software, or interacting with MORIX platforms, users consent to receive communications as outlined in this policy.

Customers, dealers, and distributors are responsible for ensuring that their registered contact details remain accurate and updated.

MORIX may communicate regarding order confirmations, invoice and payment details, software activation credentials, license renewals, warranty updates, support ticket updates, technical service communication, product dispatch and delivery information, subscription expiry reminders, and account verification or security alerts. Such communication may be sent through email, customer portal notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, and official support channels.
4. Marketing & Promotional Communication
MORIX may send marketing, promotional, and business-related communications including product launch updates, promotional offers, discount schemes, dealer or distributor schemes, festival offers, product announcements, software feature updates, event invitations, and business campaigns. These may be shared through WhatsApp marketing messages, promotional emails, SMS campaigns, social media platforms, website banners and announcements, and customer/dealer portals.
5. Social Media & Public Announcements
MORIX may publish or promote offers, schemes, product launches, events, business announcements, marketing campaigns, and dealer/distributor programs on its official website, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp channels, and other official social media platforms. Customers and business partners are advised to verify information only through official MORIX communication channels.
6. Consent for Communication
By submitting contact details, creating accounts, purchasing products, or registering with MORIX, customers and partners consent to receiving service-related communication, technical notifications, transactional alerts, and marketing and promotional communication. Users may request limitation of promotional communication wherever applicable; however, critical operational or service-related communication may still continue.
7. Communication Accuracy & Responsibility
Customers, dealers, and distributors are responsible for providing accurate contact details, regularly checking registered email accounts and portals, and maintaining active communication channels. MORIX shall not be held responsible for communication failure caused due to incorrect contact details, inactive email accounts, WhatsApp restrictions, SMS delivery failures, internet/network issues, spam/junk mail filtering, or third-party communication platform failures.
8. Unauthorized Communication Warning
Customers are advised not to rely on communication received from unauthorized persons claiming association with MORIX. MORIX shall not be responsible for fraudulent calls or messages, fake offers or schemes, unauthorized payment requests, or communication from unofficial channels. Users should verify all critical communications directly through official MORIX channels.
9. Modification of Communication Policy
MORIX Innovations Private Limited reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or revise this Communication Policy at any time without prior notice depending on operational, legal, technical, or business requirements.
